How I got here
I started coding over 2 years ago. I had no formal CS degree, no boot camp, and no plan beyond “figure this out.” I built things at night, broke them in the morning, and slowly got faster. Within months, I was shipping production work for real clients on Upwork.
What I noticed
Most businesses bleed time on work that doesn't require a human. Answering the same 50 customer questions. Writing 100 product descriptions by hand. Manually moving data between tools. Once you see it, you can't un-see it. So I started building the systems that make that work disappear.
What I do today
I'm an AI Automation Engineer based in Lahore, Pakistan. I work with store owners, founders, and small teams to ship custom AI bots, Shopify automations, and full-stack web apps. I run a tight workflow: fixed scope, fixed price, weekly Loom updates, real outcomes.
What I value
Outcomes > Output
I measure success in hours saved and revenue gained — not lines of code shipped.
Quality > Quantity
I take fewer projects so each one ships polished, tested, and production-ready.
Communication > Code
Weekly Loom updates. Reply within 24 hours. No clients ever left guessing.
Iteration > Perfection
Ship the smallest version that delivers value. Improve weekly from real user feedback.
What I'm not
- —Not an agency. You work directly with me, the engineer who writes the code.
- —Not a generalist. I say no to anything outside AI, Shopify, and web apps.
- —Not for hire by the hour. I price by outcome, not by the clock.
